Meet the experienced and friendly doctor and staff who make Main Street Vision Center the leading provider of vision care products and services in Belleville.

Blake Hoffman, OD

A native of Edgar, Nebraska, Dr. Hoffman is a 2002 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2006 graduate of Doane College. While attending Doane, he pole vaulted for the track team and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, graduating with honors. In 2010, he graduated with Cum Laude honors from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Hoffman is a member of the American Optometric Association, Kansas Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric honor Society. He completed an externship at the Blackfeet Indian Hospital in Browning, Montana, where he received extensive training in the treatment and management of diabetic eye disease and glaucoma. He practices full-scope optometry including primary eye care for all ages, diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, and co-management of refractive and cataract surgery.

In his spare time, Dr. Hoffman enjoys spending time on the family farm, hunting, fishing, and of course Cornhusker Football.
